The library staff is made up of Mrs. Lee-Young and Mrs. Sainato. There are a group of 12 library fellows that volunteer their time.

The Battle of the Books team is made up of five students: Layney Clarke, Ruba Khan, Kathleen Madu, Kennedy Sims, and Sehar Shahzad. They have read fifteen books and they practice each morning before school with Mrs. Lee-Young. They will go out and compete against other schools on February 21, 2020. Be sure to cheer them on when you see them!
Project LIT is talking Just Mercy this month. We are learning about the author, Bryan Stevenson, and the Equal Justice Initiative. There is a field trip on 1/31 to see a private screening of the film. Stop by and pick up a copy of the book if you want to read along.
